Project Overview

One Digital Platform for an Entire Social Welfare Ecosystem

Connecting institutions, initiatives, impact and opportunities to support — all under one digital umbrella.

THE CHALLENGE

A Legacy of Service. A Need for One Digital Identity.

Tapovan Trust, Sri Ganganagar, has been serving society since 1991, working across areas including education, healthcare, blood donation, rehabilitation and community welfare.

Over the years, multiple organizations and initiatives developed under the Tapovan umbrella. Each institution had its own activities, facilities, achievements and information.

The challenge was to bring this diverse ecosystem together into one modern, organized and scalable digital platform.

The platform needed to allow visitors to:

  • Understand Tapovan Trust and its mission
  • Explore all organizations working under the Trust
  • Visit a dedicated page for each organization
  • Discover their facilities, activities and impact
  • Read news and updates
  • Explore ways to contribute
  • Make donations
  • Submit CSR partnership requests
  • Volunteer and get involved

At the same time, the Trust needed a centralized backend through which its digital presence could be managed.

THE SOLUTION

One Trust. Multiple Organizations. One Digital Platform.

TechCartel designed and developed a centralized web platform that acts as the digital home of the entire Tapovan ecosystem.

Instead of creating disconnected websites for every institution, the platform uses a common structure where every organization can have its own dedicated digital presence while remaining connected to the parent Trust.

Healthcare
Blood & Thalassemia Care
Rehabilitation
Women Welfare
Community Support

Individual Organization Pages

This structure makes the platform scalable as Tapovan continues to add or develop new initiatives.

WHAT WE BUILT

01 — Centralized Trust Website

A unified website representing Tapovan Trust as the parent organization.

The homepage communicates the Trust's history, mission, programs, impact, activities, collaborations, news and opportunities to get involved.

The website creates a single digital identity while allowing visitors to navigate naturally into individual initiatives.

02 — Organization Management

One of the core features is the ability to showcase multiple organizations under the Tapovan umbrella.

The platform currently presents organizations across different welfare categories, including:

  • Tapovan Manovikas Vidyalaya
  • Tapovan Manovikas Chhatrawas
  • Tapovan College of Special Education & Research
  • Tapovan Blood Center
  • Tapovan Thalassemia Welfare Samiti
  • Tapovan Nasha Mukti Evam Punarvas Sansthan
  • Tapovan Saraf Cottage Complex
  • Tapovan Aavedna Chikitsalaya
  • Tapovan Talking & Hathai Parlor
  • Tapovan Mahila Aashram

The organization structure is also reflected in the website navigation, where categories such as Education, Blood & Thalassemia Care, De-Addiction & Rehabilitation, Patient Welfare, Cancer & Critical Care, Senior Citizen Welfare and Women Welfare organize the Trust's work.

03 — Dedicated Page for Every Organization

Every institution gets its own digital identity.

Rather than presenting all information on a single crowded page, TechCartel created a reusable organization-page structure.

Each organization can have its own:

Hero Section
→ Introduction
→ About / History
→ Impact Statistics
→ Facilities
→ Activities
→ Stories
→ Gallery / Videos
→ Products or Initiatives
→ Support / Donation
→ Contact Information

For example, the Tapovan Manovikas Vidyalaya page presents its history, facilities, impact, student stories, vocational products, activities and support requirements.

This makes the architecture highly scalable: one platform can manage many institutions without every institution needing a separate website.

04 — Rich Organization Profiles

The platform allows each institution to tell its own story instead of simply listing its name and contact details.

For Manovikas Vidyalaya, the page communicates its journey from its establishment in 1991, its special education and rehabilitation services, campus, students and staff, along with its inclusive education approach.

The same structure can be used for other organizations under Tapovan.

05 — Impact & Statistics

Social organizations need to communicate impact clearly.

The platform therefore includes dedicated Impact Data sections where important numbers can be highlighted visually.

The Trust homepage showcases metrics such as people identified through de-addiction initiatives, counselling sessions, people treated and blood units collected.

Individual organizations can also display their own relevant statistics.

06 — Facilities & Services

Every organization can present its facilities in a structured way.

For example, Manovikas Vidyalaya showcases:

  • Special Classrooms
  • Hostel Facility
  • Therapy & Rehabilitation
  • Vocational Training
  • Daily Living Skills
  • Caregiver Support

This approach transforms institutional information into an easy-to-understand digital experience for parents, donors, CSR organizations and visitors.

07 — Activities, Stories & Impact

The platform gives Tapovan a way to continuously communicate its work.

Activities, events, student achievements, community initiatives and impact stories can be presented through dedicated sections.

The Manovikas page, for example, includes stories around sports achievements, creativity, life-skills development and student-made products.

The main Trust website also highlights activities and events such as awareness programs, health camps and celebrations.

08 — Donation Platform

The platform provides a direct digital pathway for people who want to support Tapovan's work.

Visitors can choose to contribute through the Trust's donation journey, including options for one-time or monthly support.

Individual initiatives can also communicate their specific support requirements.

For example, Manovikas Vidyalaya communicates how donations can support learning materials, therapy resources, meals, hostel care, vocational training and student activities.

09 — CSR Partnership & Fund Requests

A dedicated CSR Partnership workflow allows companies to approach Tapovan for social-impact collaboration.

The platform captures information such as:

  • Company / Organization
  • Work Email
  • Proposed CSR Focus Area
  • CSR Objectives

The website also communicates the Trust's implementation and reporting capabilities, including impact reports, dashboards, photographic/video evidence and relevant compliance information.

This creates a structured bridge between corporate CSR teams and Tapovan's social initiatives.

10 — Volunteer & Get Involved

The platform isn't limited to donations.

Visitors can explore different ways of participating, including:

Donate

Financial contribution

Volunteer

Contribute time and skills

CSR Partnership

Corporate collaboration

Sponsor a Project

Support a specific initiative

These engagement options are presented as distinct pathways on the platform.

11 — News, Media & Updates

A dedicated content structure allows Tapovan to communicate ongoing developments, initiatives and media coverage.

The platform includes news and media sections highlighting initiatives such as healthcare equipment projects, toy-library initiatives and community participation.

This gives the Trust a continuously updated digital presence rather than a static institutional website.

12 — Centralized Content Management

Behind the public-facing platform is a centralized management system.

The Trust can manage the information that appears across the website, including:

  • Organizations
  • Categories
  • Organization details
  • Facilities
  • Impact statistics
  • Activities
  • Stories
  • Products
  • Galleries
  • Videos
  • News & media
  • Donation information
  • CSR requests
  • Content sections

This means the Trust does not need a separate technical system for every organization.

THE DIGITAL ARCHITECTURE

A Parent Organization → Multiple Digital Experiences

The most important aspect of the project is its architecture.

Tapovan Trust

Central Platform

↓

Welfare Categories

Education | Healthcare | Rehabilitation | Women Welfare | Community Welfare

↓

Individual Organizations

Each organization receives its own dedicated page and content structure.

↓

Public Engagement

This architecture allows Tapovan to continue expanding its digital ecosystem without rebuilding the platform from scratch.
